Our Method

How We Repair Alloy Wheels

01

Assessment & Preparation

Our technician inspects the damage and prepares the area by cleaning and sanding down the damaged surface to create a smooth base for repair.
02

Priming

A specialist purpose-made primer is applied to the prepared area, sealing the surface and providing the ideal foundation for colour matching.
03

Colour Matched Paint

The area is painted with a precisely colour-matched paint system to blend seamlessly with the existing wheel finish — virtually undetectable.
03

Lacquer & Cure

A protective lacquer coat is applied and cured using our mobile equipment, providing a durable, factory-quality gloss finish.

Yes — all our alloy wheel repairs are backed by a 12-month workmanship warranty, giving you complete peace of mind.
In most instances, wheels are repaired whilst still on the car. Our specialist vans carry everything needed to work around the vehicle safely without removal.
